Most orders from Europe will be sent via a private carrier like GLS, UPS or DHL as they offer far better tracking than Austrian Postal Services and are the cheaper option. All parcels sent via private carrier are insured.

For USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and China we offer optional express shipping. Please add this option to your shopping basket in our webshop if you would like to speed up shipping from a few weeks to only a few days. Parcels with express shipping option will be sent via a private carrier like UPS or DHL.
