1) I don't have a credit card / Paypal account, how can I order from your shop?
Unfortunately it is not possible to order through the webshop without a credit card or paypal account. Contact us through the contact page with your order wishes and we'll send you the details for money transfer.
1) Ich habe keine Kreditkarte / Paypal Konto, wie kann ich in eurem Shop bestellen?
Leider ist es nicht möglich über den Webshop ohne Kreditkarte oder Paypal-Konto zu bestellen. Kontaktiere uns über die contact-Seite mit Deinen Bestellwünschen, wir lassen Dir dann die Kontodaten für eine Überweisung zukommen.
2) How do you get the effects on the film?
We can't tell you exactly how we are doing that, but so much: it doesn't involve chemicals or anything like that. Our films are produced in order to make development in every photographic labaratory according to the C41 process possible.
2) Wie bekommt ihr die Effekte auf die Filme?
Wir können natürlich nicht verraten, wie wir das genau machen, nur soviel: wir verwenden keine Chemikalien oder dergleichen. Unsere Filme werden so hergestellt, dass eine Entwicklung nach dem C41-Prozess in jedem Fotolabor möglich ist.
3) There seems to be something wrong with my film, it doesn't have an effect on it.
We take strong care, that every one of our films has the effect that it promises to have. But since our films are handmade, there is always the possibility of something going wrong. Everyone of our films is handnumbered. Please send us an email with the number on the film if you think your photos don't carry an effect. We will look into it and if there went something wrong, we will of course send you another film!
3) Mit meinem Film scheint etwas nicht in Ordnung zu sein, die Photos weisen keinen Effekt auf.
Wir achten sehr darauf, dass jeder unserer Filme den Effekt erzielt den er verspricht. Aber da unsere Filme in Handarbeit hergestellt werden, gibt es immer die Möglichkeit, dass etwas nicht so klappt wie gewollt. Jeder unserer Filme ist handnummeriert. Bitte schick uns ein email mit der Nummer Deines Films, sollten Deine Photos keinen Effekt aufweisen. Wir werden dies natürlich ehestmöglich klären und dir gegebenfalls sofort Ersatz zuschicken!
4) Do you ship insured?
We don't ship insured, since shipping costs would rise too high. We do ship registered though, so if your parcel should get lost, you can contact your post office for refund.
4) Ist der Versand versichert?
Wir schicken unversichert, da die Versandkosten leider sonst noch höher ausfallen würden. Alle unsere Pakete werden jedoch eingeschrieben versandt, sollte also einmal ein Paket nicht ankommen kannst du bei deinem Postamt um Nachverfolgung und Rückvergütung bitten.
